Traditional Weaves With Western Touch

Collaboration
blue designer blouse

Getting married is still a big festive occasion in India. We like wearing all traditional and colorful dresses, which are with full of glamour and luster. A wedding is nothing without those so many crazy images in beautiful dresses with all the cousins and friends.
For fashion-conscious, the secret of happiness is the best dress they can get. We can really get the best suit for us and something which can make us stand out in the whole crowd of relatives and friends.
I tried this Varanasi theme based look. The Varanasi religion had inspired the designer Srikanth, who launched his collection last year at IBFW Goa. I tried my best to share some different look which you can carry on your friends or family wedding.

Style Guides:-
  • We wore the tradition Banarasi saree with a silk blouse which is full of hand embroidery.
  • This is half draped saree which is super easy to drape, this is very much similar to the basic saree draping.
  • Just skip the first round of saree draping and start with pleats and its done.
  • Wearing contrasting colors can make your whole look attractive.
  • Since it is an Indo western look and already the fabric is so rich and blouse is also heavy, I will not suggest so heavy makeup and a lot of accessories.
  • I only wore Kamarband which will keep the draping secured.
  • To make it more interesting both of us wore traditional Gajara.
For Whom:- This draping will show your legs and make you look taller. Its Bright color is suitable for dusky, fair and all other skin types.
Occasion:- Festivals I Cocktail I Wedding I Sangeet I Mehendi
